Official selection
The films
The international selection for the inaugural edition, published once programming is complete.
Official selection
The selection is not announced yet.
A selection is announced when every filmmaker in it has been notified and every title is cleared for publication. Listing films before that goes wrong in the two ways that matter: it tells audiences to expect work that may not screen, and it announces a filmmaker's news for them.
Published here once approved
- Every selected title, with director, country and runtime
- Which strand or competition each title sits in
- Screening times and venues once the programme is set
- Trailers and stills where rights permit
EIFF publishes festival facts once they are approved, rather than announcing and revising. Follow Screen Stories for announcements as each part is confirmed.
